Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Faura Technologies Ltd. ("Faura", "we", "us"). By creating an account, enrolling for early access, or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.

If you use Faura on behalf of a brand or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" refers to the entity.

2. Description of the service

Faura provides visual fashion discovery tools that allow users to upload or capture images and receive product, brand, and style matches. Brand partners may access catalog, analytics, and API features subject to a separate commercial agreement or plan.

Features may change as we develop the product. Beta and early-access functionality may be limited, intermittent, or modified without prior notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Faura where permitted by local law, or have verifiable parental consent where a higher age applies in your country.

• Do not share login credentials outside your authorised team.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or present a security risk.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer protected components, scrape at scale without permission, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform availability.

Brand users must only submit catalog media and metadata they own or are licensed to distribute.

5. Intellectual property

Faura retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you upload, and grant Faura a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Visual analysis outputs are provided for discovery purposes. Faura does not claim ownership of third-party brand assets surfaced in search results.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied where required under EU rules.

Subscriptions renew according to the selected term unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process communicated at purchase. Enterprise terms are governed by the applicable order form.

7. Consumer rights (EEA users)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable law provides it, except where digital content delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

8. Liability

Faura is provided on an "as available" basis during early access. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where limitation is prohibited (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Discovery results depend on image quality, catalog coverage, and third-party data. We do not guarantee that every item will be identified or remain available for purchase.

9. Force majeure and third-party services

Faura is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, network failures, or changes to third-party catalog or payment systems.

Links to third-party websites or retailers are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave Faura.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision would create legal or security risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability limits where permitted, and dispute resolution) remain in effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
